A. Improvements installed in subdivisions shall be constructed in full conformance to this title and to the subdivision construction standards of the county of Gila.
B. In the absence of a standard for an improvement proposed by the public works department, the department may establish a standard in keeping with good construction and engineering practice. (2006 Code)
