11-3-12: RESUBDIVISION; TENTATIVE MAP REQUIRED:

A tentative map showing data and information required by this chapter shall be required when the resubdivision of lots, tracts or parcels previously recorded as a subdivision or portion of a subdivision resulting in four (4) or more additional lots, tracts or parcels. (2006 Code)
