Upon submittal of an application and minor land division map, the building department and planning consultant shall review the map for conformity with this chapter and the town of Star Valley zoning ordinance. If the map and land divisions conform to the criteria in this chapter and the zoning ordinance, the map may be approved by the planning consultant. Once approved, the map is signed by the town manager.
Any request for a waiver of minimum zoning requirements by the applicant shall cause the application and map to be submitted to the planning and zoning commission. (Ord. O 08-09, 12-16-2008)
