A. Signs shall relate to the exterior architectural design of the building or structure and shall be compatible therewith and conform to the sign regulations.
B. All signage shall be compatible with the building architecture and site design relative to color, material and placement.
C. Monument base signs are the preferred alternative for business identification whenever possible. Where several tenants occupy the same site, individual wall mount signs are appropriate in combination with a monument sign identifying the development and address.
D. Wall painted signs are prohibited. (Ord. O07-16, 2-7-2008)
