8-3-10: EXISTING DEVICES AND USERS:

A. If the department determines that a user's backflow prevention assembly does not meet current standards, the user shall retrofit his assembly so that it will meet current standards.

B. Users that have water service prior to the effective date of this chapter are subject to all requirements imposed by this chapter. (Ord. O 12-01, 2-7-2012)
