The "Guidelines For Documenting Available Groundwater Resources For New Developments Within The Town Of Star Valley Limits", a copy of which is available for review at the office of the clerk during regular business hours, is hereby adopted and made a part of this code as though fully set forth herein, to be used in conjunction with section 8-1-3 of this chapter for the evaluation of the adequacy of water supply and storage facilities for new residential, commercial or industrial units or lots.
