A. The provisions of this chapter may, from time to time, be amended, supplemented, changed, modified, or repealed at the initiation of the Gila County engineering services office following a public hearing at which parties in interest and other citizens have an opportunity to be heard.
1. Upon initiation of a hearing to amend, the engineering services office shall set a date, time and place and cause notice of same to be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the county at least thirty (30) days prior to the date of said hearing. (Ord. O 09-08, 10-6-2009)
