A. A schedule of fees shall be set by the town council to collect monies to cover expenses incurred during road name changes and property addressing. The schedule of fees shall be posted in a prominent place in the rural addressing office and copies shall be available to the public upon request.
B. The town council may change the schedule of fees as needed to keep current with the rising costs without effecting any change in this chapter itself. (Ord. O 09-08, 10-6-2009)
