7-1-2: PRESENCE IN PARKS:

A. Hours Authorized: It is unlawful for any person to be upon or remain upon any town park, ball field or golf course between eleven o'clock (11:00) P.M. and dawn of each day.

B. Exception: Any authorized town employee or such other person as authorized in writing by the chief of police shall be excepted from subsection A of this section. (2006 Code)
