All work will be in accordance with the plan and drawings approved by the city. The permit holder shall notify the City Public Works Director or contracted Plumbing Inspector of the progress of the work at the stage in the course of the construction as the City Public Works Director or contracted Plumbing Inspector may direct. The permit holder must notify the City Public Works Director or contracted Plumbing Inspector when the construction of the sewer is complete and ready for connection with the public sewer, but before the connection is made. When the inspector signs the connection permit, the sewer may then be connected to the public sewer. Work must be inspected by the City Public Works Director or contracted Plumbing Inspector after it is completed but before the excavations are filled in.
