(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Violation of § 50.16 is a misdemeanor, and each day that the violation continues is a separately prosecutable offense. The imposition of the surcharge shall not limit the city’s authority to prosecute the criminal violations, seek an injunction in district court ordering the person to disconnect the nonconforming connection to the sanitary sewer, or for the city to connect the violation and certify the costs of connection as an assessment against the property on which the connection was made.

(C) Any person that has violated or continues to violate §§ 50.30 through 50.47 shall be liable to criminal prosecution to the fullest extent of the law, and shall be subject to a criminal penalty of $1,000 per violation per day and/or imprisonment for a period of time not to exceed 90 days. The authorized enforcement agency may recover all attorney’s fees, court costs, and other expenses associated with enforcement of this subchapter, including sampling and monitoring expenses.
