The application shall be subscribed and sworn to by the owner, and shall be signed by the owner if a natural person, an officer if a corporation, or a partner if a partnership. The owner’s signature on the application will constitute a consent by the owner to be bound by notices sent to the person referred to in § 112.05(B)(2), and appointment of that person as the owner’s agent for service of process.
