§ 97.34 BURNING BAN OR AIR QUALITY ALERT.
   No recreational fire, camp fire, or open burning will be permitted when the city or the State Department of Natural Resources has officially declared a burning ban or restrictions due to potential hazardous fire conditions or when the Pollution Control Agency has forecast an air quality index greater than 50.
