§ 97.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   A person who violates the provisions of the State Fire Code or §§ 97.01 through 97.14 after being given written notice shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Each day’s violation after notice thereof shall constitute a separate offense.
