No person may park any vehicle or place any material or other obstruction within 20 feet of the entrance to any fire station or within ten feet of any fire hydrant or fire protection device. Nor may any person park any vehicle within 300 feet of a place where a fire requiring fire fighting by the Fire Department is in progress.
