The town’s post-construction storm water regulations are set forth in the town’s Development Ordinance, which is hereby incorporated by reference, as amended, and made a part of this code, the same as if set forth in full herein. Copies of this document shall be kept on file in the office of the Town Clerk and shall be available for public inspection during regular business hours.
