§ 70.05 DRIVING FROM STREET TO STREET ACROSS PROPERTY AT INTERSECTIONS PROHIBITED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person driving a motor vehicle to drive the motor vehicle across or through the property, publicly or privately owned, from one street to another, at intersections within the town limits, unless the vehicle is driven upon the property for the purpose of having the vehicle serviced or for the purpose of making purchases of merchandise upon the property.
   (B)   The failure of the driver of a motor vehicle to stop the motor vehicle on publicly or privately owned property at an intersection when driving from street to street shall be deemed to be prima facie evidence that the motor vehicle was being driven upon and across the property for the convenience of the driver of the motor vehicle in driving from one street to another. Violation of this section shall be punished as an infraction with the maximum fine and cost as allowable by law.
