(A) For the purpose of this section, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
TRUCKS. Excludes pickup trucks and vans but expressly includes trailers and semi-trailers being drawn by a motor vehicle, together with any vehicle having a single-axle weight in excess of 5,000 pounds.
(B) Through trucks shall be prohibited on those streets or portions of streets designated from time to time by the Town Council, upon the erection of signs on the streets or portions thereof. A schedule of the streets or portions thereof shall be maintained on file in the office of the Town Clerk.
