Through vehicular traffic shall be prohibited on those streets or portions of streets designated from time to time by the Town Council, upon the erection of signs, markers or devices so indicating on the streets or portions thereof. Any person failing or refusing to comply with the directions indicated on any sign, marker or device for the control or direction of traffic erected or placed pursuant to this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. The schedule of the streets or portions thereof shall be maintained on file in the office of the Town Clerk.
