1135.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this article shall be punished as provided by Section 101.99 and each person shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each day during any portion of which a violation of any provision of this article is committed, continued or permitted by such person.

In addition, any condition caused or permitted to exist in violation of the provisions of this article shall be deemed a public nuisance and may be abated by appropriate legal action by the City. (1967 Code §21-5)
