Each application for a permit to establish an auto trailer camp shall be accompanied by a fee in the amount of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) and one dollar ($1.00) for each trailer unit therein. Each application for the annual renewal of such permit shall be accompanied by a fee of five dollars ($5.00) for each trailer unit therein.
