No person shall dispose of infectious medical waste within the City by placing such waste in any container or location to be collected by City employees or by independent contractors who are not authorized to collect infectious medical waste by the Public Service Commission of the State. No person shall dispose of infectious medical waste within the City except in accordance with the applicable provisions of West Virginia Code 20-5(j)-1 et seq.
