953.12 UNLAWFUL DISPOSAL OF TRASH.

No person shall dispose of roofing shingles, cinder blocks, chunks of concrete, lumber, pieces of pipe, used automobile parts or any large metal refuse in City dumpster containers.

No person shall dispose of trash or other rubbish within the City except in approved dumpster containers.
