The Arborist shall:
(a) Supervise or inspect all work done under a permit issued in accordance with the terms of this article.
(b) Coordinate the formula of a Master Urban Tree Plan in cooperation with the Urban Tree Committee, The Mayor and Council.
(c) The duties of the Arborist shall be assumed by the members of the Committee until such time as the City employs an Arborist or whenever the office of Arborist is vacant.
(d) The Committee has the authority to amend and to add to the Master Urban Tree Plan at any time that circumstances make it advisable.
