If any person violates any of the provisions of this article, whether without first obtaining a license therefor or by continuing the same after the termination of effective period of such license, or by any violation of the terms and conditions of such license, he/she, or the owner, or owners of a business violating any provision of this article shall be subject to immediate prosecution in the Municipal Court and, in addition, the City Attorney, or any attorney employed by the City, may, in the name of the City, seek such injunctive relief as may be appropriate in any court of competent jurisdiction.
