The St. Albans Convention and Visitor’s Bureau (SACVB) shall receive and expend hotel use and occupancy proceeds in the manner permitted by law, consistent with Chapter 7, Article 18 of the West Virginia Code, as amended, and City Code Section 780.14. As a nonstock, nonprofit corporation, the St. Albans Convention and Visitor’s Bureau (SACVB) shall have all powers, authority and immunities set forth in the West Virginia Nonprofit Corporation Act (West Virginia Code Article 31E, as amended, and as may be amended from time to time), to the extent it is consistent with Chapter 7, Article 18 of the West Virginia Code.
