(a) The St. Albans Convention and Visitor’s Bureau (SACVB) shall consist of representatives of the following organizations, to be appointed by the Mayor, and confirmed by City Council, to serve four year staggering terms (to be accomplished with initial appointments) representatives from: City Council, Chamber of Commerce, STARDA (St. Albans Regional Development Authority), Parks & Recreation Committee, St. Albans Historical Society, an At-Large Member (of the community), Events Committee, Business Representative and Coal River Group. The members shall elect their own chairperson.
(b) Vacancies shall be filled by appointment by the Mayor, to be confirmed by City Council, for the unexpired term only.
