The City Clerk may collect any hotel/motel tax unpaid under the provisions of this Article by instituting civil actions or other appropriate proceedings, including suits in the Circuit Court or Magistrate court. This remedy is in addition to, and not exclusive of other remedies provided herein, and/or available at law, and in equity.
