763.03 WINE RETAILER; DISTRIBUTOR OR MANUFACTURER TAX.

Any retailer of wine, distributor of wine or manufacturer of wine whose place of business is situated within the City shall pay to the City an annual license tax in an amount equal to that levied by the State for such business.
