The annual license fee for every power company furnishing electric power for domestic consumption shall be two hundred and forty dollars ($240.00), payable July 1 of each year.
The annual license fee for every telephone company shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00) annually, payable July 1 of each year.
In addition to the license fees above set forth, any foreign corporation furnishing any commodities on a meter basis, except power companies, shall pay a license fee of two cents (2¢) per month for each meter.
