Whoever shall violate any provision of this article shall be fined $500.00 for the first violation and not more than $1,000.00 for each subsequent violation or imprisoned not more than thirty days or both.
In addition, the City may revoke or suspend the pawnbroker’s license upon conviction of a second or subsequent offense.
