723.07 CHARITABLE SOLICITATIONS PERMIT FEE.

Before a permit is issued there shall be paid to the City Treasurer the sum of five dollars ($5.00) as a permit fee and the sum of twenty-five cents ($0.25) for each facsimile copy of the permit that is desired.
