Once a permit has been issued in accordance with the provisions of this article, the firing range for which the permit has been issued shall be an authorized target range as provided in Section 545.03 of the General Offenses Code. Once a permit has been issued in accordance with the provision of this article, the Fire Chief, or his designated representative, shall inspect the firing range at least four times each calendar year to determine if there are any fire hazards which would constitute a danger to property or person.
