545.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates Section 545.01 shall be fined not more than two hundred dollars ($200.00) or imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both.

Whoever violates Section 545.02 shall be fined not more than three hundred dollars ($300.00) or imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both.
