   (b)    No person shall use, throw, shoot or in any manner discharge a dart, spear, crossbow, slingshot, bow and arrow or weapon, arm or implement of like nature, at any time within the City; except, that it shall not be unlawful for a person or members of his family or their guests to use any of the weapons, arms or implements named in this subsection (b) upon his own property; provided, however, that the force of the weapon, arm or implement used, or the force with which the weapon, arm or implement is thrown, shall not carry the projectile thereof beyond the confines of his own property.
