517.06 PUBLIC INDECENCY.

No person, knowing his conduct is likely to be observed by others who would be affronted or alarmed shall:

(a) Engage in any overt act of sexual gratification; or

(b) Intentionally expose the private or intimate parts of his body or the body of another person.
