510.03 NOISES PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to make, continue, or cause or allow to be made or continued any noise disturbance, except as a danger or emergency warning. Any noise disturbance plainly audible at a distance of 50 feet from the place from which the noise emanates shall be prima facie evidence of a violation of this section.
