Whoever violates Section 509.05 shall, for a first offense be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) or imprisoned not more than thirty days or both. For a second or subsequent offense such person shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars $(500.00) or imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both.
