All moneys received by the Humane Officer under this article shall be recorded in a bound book. All license fees shall be turned over weekly to the City Clerk, who shall issue a receipt to the Humane Officer for the same. Such funds shall be deposited in the General Fund of the City, and all other money received by the Humane Officer shall be used by the City for operating and maintenance expenses. (1967 Code §3-16)
