365.05 SIGNING OF SUMMONS; PAYMENT OF FINES; POSTING BONDS.

(a) Police officers and members of the Parking Enforcement Division are to sign the summons to appear and answer for violations with their badge numbers only.

(b) The payment of fines or the posting of bonds for parking violations shall be permitted only during the regular hours of the Municipal Clerk’s office.
