365.04 UNIFORM AND EQUIPMENT.

Members of the Parking Enforcement Division shall wear such uniforms and insignia as the Chief of Police shall direct and shall be equipped in the manner which he deems necessary for the proper discharge of their duties, all such uniforms, insignia and equipment to be furnished by and at the expense of the City.
