365.02 RULES AND REGULATIONS; COMPENSATION AND HOURS OF DUTY.

The Chief of Police shall promulgate rules relating to the qualifications and duties of members of the Parking Enforcement Division, who shall be paid at such rate as may be authorized by the City Council, for services not to exceed eight hours per day and 40 hours per week. (Ord. 2005-01. Passed 1-18-05.)
