365.01 APPOINTMENT; ASSIGNMENT.

The Mayor is authorized to appoint qualified persons as parking enforcement personnel in such numbers as he may deem necessary subject to consent of Council, and such members of the Parking Enforcement Division are to be assigned to such areas within the City as the Chief of Police shall determine.
