Whoever violates any provision of this article for which no other penalty is provided shall be fined ten dollars ($10.00) if paid within three (3) days of the date issued. If not paid within three (3) days the fine shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00). If after thirty (30) days, the fine remains unpaid, the Municipal Court Clerk shall then cause to be sent by first class mail a notice to the offender informing them of the penalty for failure to pay these parking notices within 30 days of receipt of such notice, and that failure to pay them will result in proceedings being instituted in Municipal Court.
In addition, any vehicle left parked at the same location for a total of three consecutive time violations within the same day may be dealt with in accordance with the provisions of Section 303.03.
