(a) No operator of a motor vehicle shall enter Third Avenue west from northbound Fifth Street, except that motor vehicles traveling north may make a right turn east onto Third Avenue or continue north toward MacCorkle Avenue. In addition, no operator of a motor vehicle may make a left-hand turn from Third Street onto Fifth Avenue in an easterly direction. Signage will be placed at these locations to alert the public.

(b) Operators of vehicles traveling west on Adams Avenue, at the intersection of Adams Avenue and Walnut Street, shall turn right only, heading north, and shall not turn left, and shall not go through Walnut Street. (Ord. 2017-03. Passed 3-20-17.)

(d) Operators of motor vehicles traveling both the north and south on Second (2nd) Street, at the intersection of Second (2nd) Street and MacCorkle Avenue, shall turn right only, and shall not go through MacCorkle Avenue. (Ord. 2017-05. Passed 4-17-17.)
