The following fire lanes shall be established on the hereinafter specified private property devoted to public use:
(a) At the St. Albans Mall on the south side, rear, a fire lane twelve feet in width along and parallel to the C & O Railroad right of way such fire lane to encompass twelve feet of the paved area at such mall and to extend the entire length of the mall building.
(b) At the St. Albans Mall on the north side, front, a fire lane twelve feet in width being immediately adjacent to the mall building and extending the entire length of the mall building, except, however, for the area immediately adjacent to Kroger’s Super Market which is now designated for parcel pickup and which latter area is approximately one hundred feet in length, and in the area of such parcel pickup a fire lane shall be designated immediately north of the parcel pickup lane and such fire lane shall be twelve feet in width and shall be marked in such a manner to notify the public that such area is a fire lane for purposes of this section the width of such parcel pickup lane hereinbefore referred to shall be considered to be twelve feet.
(c) At the Gateway Shopping Center on the north side, front, a fire lane twelve feet in width extending the entire length of the Gateway Shopping Center building and being immediately adjacent to such building.
(d) At the Central Square on the north, front, side a fire lane twelve feet in width being immediately adjacent to the Central Square building and extending the entire length of such building.

(e) Ten foot wide area marked fire lane and the northerly two foot of the ten foot wide area marked alley adjacent thereto being a twelve foot wide area as shown upon a map dated February 28, 1978, made by Seay and Ridenour, Inc., and of record in the office of the City Clerk.

(f) Twelve foot fire lane parallel to Third Street Extended and St. Albans-Nitro Bridge adjacent to property owned by C & O Motors Body Shop and Rodger House Used Cars.
