165.06 REPORTS TO COUNCIL.

The Senior Services Board shall report its transactions and operations to City Council along with such other information as Council may require from time to time. A complete copy of the minutes of all meetings shall be provided to Council prior to its next scheduled meeting following the meeting of the Board.
