(a) The Senior Services Board shall meet monthly on a date and time to be determined by the chairperson.
(b) All scheduled regular or special meetings shall be posted in accordance with prevailing law.
(c) Special meetings may be called by the chairperson or a majority of members when necessary. All members shall be notified of such special meeting at least twenty-four hours in advance and a notice of such meeting shall be posted in accordance with prevailing law.
(d) A quorum shall consist of a majority of the members of the Board. It shall require only a simple majority vote of the members present to pass or reject any motion properly placed before the Board.
