(a) Under the authority granted to the City of St. Albans under Chapter 8 of the West Virginia Code, a Senior Services Board is hereby created. The Board shall consist of the Director of Senior Services, the President - Friends of Hansford, three members of City Council appointed by the Mayor with consent of Council, one at large member from the membership of friends of Hansford to be elected by the membership of Friends of Hansford and a representative of Putnam Aging. The at large members shall serve a term of two years.
(b) In addition to all other duties and powers prescribed by this article, the Board shall have all powers prescribed by the laws of this State or as may be defined in these Codified Ordinances. (Ord. 2004-32. Passed 10-18-04.)
