Whoever violates any provision of Section 504.02 and is found or pleads guilty, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and fined no more than fifty dollars ($50.00) or imprisoned not more than ten (10) days, or both, in any such case the court may impanel a jury (without an indictment or any formal pleading) to ascertain the fine or imprisonment proper to be inflicted, and may give judgment according to the verdict.
